The Pharmacology of Covid- 19

Severe acute respiratory syndrome corona virus 2 ( SARS ‐ CoV ‐ 2) is the cause of the original corona virus bug 2019 (COVID ‐ 19), a considerably pathogenic and sometimes fatal respiratory bug responsible for the current 2020 global plague. Non ‐ steroidal anti ‐ incendiary medications (NSAIDs) are medicaments really universally used to ease fever, pain, and inflammation (common symptoms of COVID ‐ 19 cases) through effectively blocking handiwork of prostaglandins (PGs) via inhibition of cyclooxyganase enzymes. PGs can exercise either proinflammatory or anti ‐ incendiary gear depending on the incendiary screenplay.
